Graphics Day

And I’m here to wave away all of your design headaches, leaving you with beautifully designed visuals ready to be scheduled and shared. 

You send me your content and, on your booked Graphics Day, I'll transform it into professional, branded Instagram graphics and carousels that are ready for you to schedule and share.

    • A dedicated Graphics Day reserved just for you

    • Up to 10 content designs

    • Static graphics and/or carousel posts

    • Your unique branding applied throughout for a consistent look and feel

    • Editable Canva designs for future tweaks if needed 

    • One round of minor amendments

  • You'll send over:

    • Your post copy

    • Any photographs or imagery you'd like included

    • Branding details (if I don't already have them)

    Don’t worry if everything isn’t perfectly organised. Google docs, Word documents, voice notes, notes-app screenshots and slightly chaotic brain dumps are all welcome. I’ll collate these all in either a personalised Trello board or a Google drive.

  • I’ll send you an email to let you know I’m getting started. Then I'll pop the kettle on and get to work.

    I’ll spend the day turning your words into branded graphics and carousels as previously agreed.

  • Once I’ve finished the first draft of the graphics, I’ll upload them into our storage area of choice (Trello or Google Drive) for you to review. I’ll send you an email to let you know it’s ready for you to take a look and if we are using Trello, I’ll tag you on the correct card too.

    You can share feedback either via email, google chat, directly in Trello or we can have a brief call if you’d prefer. I’m flexible with the communication style but it’s very important to me that you have a chance to review before the end of the day, so please let me know if there’s a time of day that I need to avoid. 

    Following the review, you’ll have a chance to request any minor tweaks, and once you’re happy, your designs are yours to schedule and share.

  • The more prepared your content is before your booked day, the more we can achieve. Graphics Days work best when your post copy is finalised and ready to be transformed into beautiful branded content.

    A content design can be either:

    • 1 static graphic, or

    • 1 carousel of up to 8 slides

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely! A content design can be either a static graphic or a carousel. Carousels can include up to 8 slides as standard. If you've got a bigger project in mind, pop me a message and we'll figure something out together.

  • No, I also use Adobe. If this is your preferred application please let me know and we can discuss this as an alternative to Canva.

  • No, but some premium elements may require a Canva Pro subscription if you'd like to edit or reuse them in the future. You'll still be able to view and use your completed designs.
